all major coffee chains in Singapore - there’s not one single place that even knows how to do an espresso with decent crema. If I wanted overextracted coffee, I’ll rather drink my drip tray.
Far Coast Coffee - coffee pods. You want pods, get an ipod.
Leave your comments on where I can find a decent place that serves espresso with decent crema or if you wish to add to this list.

check them out. they roast their own. the espresso has good looking crema and tasty too. they serve 7oz lattes, and about 6oz capps. very proper espresso beverages. with some latte art thrown in.

I just went to Highlander Coffee, and while it may be freshly roasted beans, and trained barista behind the counter, I’m not impressed. Home brew is more kick ass than this. Now CGSG home brew? That’s on a whole new different level.

How can you berate cafes and say your brew at home is better than those at cafes? You pull at a stretch….3 doubles a day?
Do you have what it takes to run a bar that does 15kg of espresso per day?
I invite you to join me behind the bar one day and see if you can keep up behind 2 Mazzer Roburs and a Cimbali keeping your free dosing perfect and tamping consistently.

Most likely, you have not tried the brews in Singapore. Most of us in CGSG have been looking for good brews around here, and have found none. I wouldn’t have discovered and learnt so much about coffee if not for the soddy pulls in major coffee chains in Singapore.
Since coffee is not my profession (yet), no, I definitely won’t be able to keep up. But once my Quickmill arrives, and I’ve had ample time to train behind a HX machine, I would definitely love to take up on that offer of joining you behind the bar.
